It is our intention to provide beautiful products and ensure their longevity and durability. However, as our products are hand-made, very occasionally they may contain small imperfections. We also understand that sometimes people change their mind after making a purchase and may wish to return or exchange an item. The following is a brief guide on how we deal with returns, repairs, exchanges and faults.
This guide applies to items purchased via www.thewumanbrand.com and the boutiques listed below. For purchases from a store or boutique not listed below, please contact the boutique where you made the purchase and they can assist you.

Your statutory and legal rights remain unaffected.
We offer an exchange or credit note for faulty items or change of size. Items will only be exchanged/credited if they are:
- In their original purchase condition.
- Have not been worn, washed, used or damaged.
- Are accompanied by the original receipt.
- Have all original tags and stickers.
All exchanges & returns must be posted back Thewumanbrand within 7 days of the original delivery date. For items deemed faulty by Thewumanbrand receipt, customers will be provided with our account shipping details. For exchanges; customers are responsible for shipping costs and any other charges incurred by their shipping carriers. Time for exchanges will revert back to the original production time of 10-15 business days + shipping time.
Please note that we do not offer refunds.
Exchanges are made at the original purchase price. After 7 days of receiving the product, all Sales are Final.
